Getting Started
Courses, subjects & grades
Our courses span core subjects such as math, science,
English, and social studies across a wide range of grade
levels, from early elementary through high school. Each
subject is broken into grade-appropriate modules so
students can work at the level that fits them best,
and progress at their own pace as they build confidence.
Every course page lists its recommended grade range and
prerequisite skills, so you can match content to where
your child currently is rather than just their age.
If you're unsure where to start, begin with a lower
module in the subject — lessons are structured so
students can move up quickly once a topic feels easy.
Yes. Every learner has a personal dashboard showing
completed lessons, quiz scores, and how far along they
are in each course. This makes it easy for students
to see their own growth and for parents or teachers
to spot topics that might need extra review.
No installation is required. Progress eLearning runs
entirely in a modern web browser on a desktop, laptop,
tablet, or phone. For the smoothest experience, we
recommend using an up-to-date browser and a stable
internet connection, especially for lessons that
include video or interactive exercises.
Subscriptions & Billing
Plans, payments & cancellations
We offer a range of plans designed for individual learners,
families with multiple children, and classrooms. Each plan
differs in the number of learner profiles included and the
range of courses unlocked. Visit our pricing page for the
current plan details and features.
Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or add additional learner
profiles to your account at any time from your account
settings. Changes typically take effect on your next
billing cycle, and any adjustment to your charge will
be reflected automatically.
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from
the billing section of your account. Once cancelled,
you'll keep access through the end of your current
billing period, and your progress data is kept safe
in case you decide to come back.
We regularly offer ways to try Progress eLearning before
committing to a paid plan, including sample lessons and
limited free access to select courses. Check our homepage
and pricing page for current offers, as availability can
change over time.
Account & Privacy
Login, data & family access
Click "Forgot password" on the login screen and enter the
email address linked to your account. We'll send a secure
link to reset your password. If you don't see the email
within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact
support for help.
Protecting student privacy is a top priority. We collect
only the information needed to provide our courses and
track learning progress, and we never sell personal data.
Parents and guardians can review or request removal of
their child's account information at any time by contacting
our support team.
Yes. Parent and teacher accounts include a dashboard view
of each connected student's activity, completed lessons,
and quiz results, so it's easy to see how a learner is
doing and where they might need extra support.
Absolutely. Family and classroom plans let you create
a separate learner profile for each child or student
under a single account, so everyone gets their own
courses, progress tracking, and personalized
recommendations while you manage everything in one place.
